Sugar level in blood increases when body becomes less active and do not consume energy. Eating frequent and heavy meals affects digestion and metabolic processes. Due to high amount of cholesterol and fat in food, blood does not absorb vital nutrients properly. When this blood enters liver, bile absorbs fat and nutrients from blood and converts them into glucose. Consumption of beverages increases toxins in blood that affects liver functions and bile also fails to work properly. Insulin hormone supplies glucose to cells which use it to provide energy to tissues and muscles. Due to toxins, tissues get damaged and become prone to bacteria and germs. Working in polluted environment also increases toxin amount in blood and affects organs negatively. Immunity becomes weak and risk of falling ill also increases. Lack of nutrients in food also affects the development of muscles. Sometimes, oily food items can also cause sudden rise in blood sugar levels.
Two major reasons are responsible for increasing sugar levels in blood. First, when organs fail to produce enough insulin hormones and cells do not receive proper amount of glucose. Second, when cells are unable to absorb glucose from insulin and do not produce energy. In both cases, glucose remains unused in blood vessels and thus sugar level in blood increases. Due to unawareness, these symptoms are not taken seriously and continuous rise in blood sugar levels results in diabetes. Once, diabetes happens, it becomes tough to reduce diabetes effects and regain health to live a normal life. There is no such treatment to cure this health issue permanently but only its ill-effects can be reduced. Weak eyesight, frequent illness, healing problems, numbness, prominent feeling of thirst, frequent urge for eating, sudden weightloss and frequent urination indicate high sugar levels in blood.
